Why Meditate - Make Time
Meditation is an important tool in living consciously. With meditation, you become more connected with your surroundings, the people around you, the world around you. You become more conscious of the interconnection between everything.
We may think to meditate you have to be spiritual, be in group lifted with candles and incense, sit with legs crossed. Absolutely not, just sitting or resting in your happy place, whether on our favorite arm chair, in the garden, on the beach or top of a mountain. Its your calm and happy place, where you can switch off our busy daily routines, just breathe and be still.
