Meditation Teacher Diploma

My final results are in 97% Distinction for my recent Meditation Teacher Diploma, to be honest I’m surprised. I thought let’s do a fresher course, though I found it tuff going, as it wasn’t as I expected from previous training.

It’s was a lot about the brainwaves, brain-heart coherence etc. It’s done and must of learnt something.
