Set around a meandering river, tranquil lake and 14-acres of glorious gardens. With three historically listed buildings and our Magnificent Tithe barn, we’re steeped in history with a timeless charm.

Your stay will be in one of their stunning, luxury rooms on a sharing or single occupancy basic, personally freshly prepared breakfast, 2 course lunch and dinner. We welcome and accommodate the desires of those new too Yoga and Pilates through to the regular practicing individual.

Steeped in history, some of our buildings date back to the time of William the Conqueror. The Georgian Mill House and neighbouring cottages have been elegantly transformed into a luxurious hotel. We have 21 well-appointed bedrooms, all en-suite and all with modern facilities. All the rooms for their own unique name, en-suite with direct dial telephones, alarm clock & tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, flat screen TV's & free hi speed Wi-Fi internet Access.

The day starts at 08.30 hours, with an energising Hatha yoga, taught by myself. We have an additional yoga class later in the afternoon with a variety of types of yoga, Hatha, Earth, Water or Fire and stretch on offer. Other services as in aromatherapy, holistic massage, hot stone, Indian head massage, reflexology, mind set coaching are available outside relaxation time at our onsite. All activities are optional so you can do as much or as little as you want, available with pre booking in your free time.

Yoga is a core part of our program, and we cater for all levels of ability - so if yoga is something you have never tried before, this is your opportunity to try out something new. Studies have proven yoga to be one of the best ways to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and relieve symptoms such as insomnia, depression and anxiety. Yoga also helps to improve overall fitness, strength, and flexibility. There will be a 1 hour daily morning yoga session with additional yoga scheduled during the week based upon demand. Earth Yoga is a blend of grounded, Water is a blend of flowing and finally Fire is a blend of more powerful postures and poses
Meditation as part of the relaxation and rejuvenation escapes. In essence, meditation practice involves developing your powers of concentration and is a way of developing mindfulness and self-discipline. There are many types of meditation to choose from, we prefer to work from those which are aimed at bring you into the present moment and will relax the mind through detached observation techniques. We also introduce health based guided visualisations. Although meditation is actually hard work, if you persevere you are likely to experience the type of benefits reported such as clearer, more decisive thinking and improved powers of concentration as well as enhancing your overall levels of wellbeing.
What would a pain-free life feel like? Pilates focuses on the strengthening and lengthening of the physical and mental core, as well as the realignment of the spine. Teaches body awareness through a workout and helps to prevent injuries. Each exercise is ideal to relieve most back pains, to strengthen the lumbo-abdominal area, to gain psychological well-being, to reduce anxiety, depression and insomnia. It also strengthens the pelvic area, reduce digestive discomfort and constipation, and strengthen the muscles of the legs and body. It will also help you to maintain weight. Come experience a daily rejuvenation of the mind and body as you re-learn to move again with classical Pilates instruction
We offer a popular program of mindful sessions, designed to explore and enhance your sense of mental well-being. These sessions are designed to compliments the meditation at the escapes and although are light hearted and fun, they seek to capture the base cause of your experiences in life. A key fundamental is that to have outer harmony in life, there must be inner harmony and for there to be inner harmony, there must exist mastery of the mind.
In these sessions we explore very practical ways of developing inner harmony. We also look at the role motivation plays in our lives and role of our inner self, thoughts and feelings in creating our own very personal reality. We explore the often overlooked aspects of experience that we desire - those relating to inner riches.
Mindful sessions also compliments our mindset coaching.
Life coaching comes in many different forms. However, simply put, life coaching aims to help a person to meet goals in their lives. Life coaching can guides the person towards new methods to help them solve problems they are facing in their personal lives or at work and can set them on a path to achieving their ambitions. It can be delivered face-to-face, over the phone, or even by email. Typically areas, looked to help individuals find their own answers to 3 important questions:

- What is stopping me from doing it?
- What am I going to do about it?
