Had the most amazing Mind and Body day with a fantastic host Ali From the moment we arrived in the beautiful surroundings you felt the stress fade away. Pilates and Yoga were most enjoyable and enlightening, the lunch provided was a feast for your eyes, homemade, delicious and healthy, could have grazed all day!!! The cherry on the top was my ultra relaxing aromatherapy Back, Shoulder and Neck massage..... didn't want it to end. I came away floating!!! You are such lovely people, you gave me a day of ME time which was sooooo needed. Thank you once again and I hope to do it all again very soon
